How to Adjust a Tactical Helmet Dial
A practical FAST-style bump helmet platform for training and outdoor sports
The Usnighthawk FAST-Style Training Helmet is designed for users who need a rigid, adjustable helmet platform for training, outdoor sports, airsoft, paintball, and equipment preparation. Its high-cut FAST-style profile keeps the design streamlined while providing mounting surfaces for organizing a compatible recreational gear setup.
Thick 7 mm ABS construction
The helmet uses a listed 7 mm ABS shell for thick, rigid construction. ABS is valued for its durable molded form and makes this model a practical option for sports, training, and recreational protective scenarios.
Accessory-ready exterior
A front accessory mount, side accessory rails, and hook-and-loop panels give the helmet a versatile exterior layout. The front and side interfaces can support compatible sports accessories, while the hook-and-loop surfaces provide space for patches, markers, or team identifiers. Always confirm accessory compatibility before installation.
Adjustable, padded interior
Inside the shell, segmented memory-foam-style pads help distribute contact around the head. Breathable mesh sections improve airflow, while the adjustable suspension and chin strap help stabilize the helmet during movement. A rear fit dial makes it easy to fine-tune the fit.
One-size adjustable fit
The adjustable design fits an approximate head circumference of 57–61 cm (22.4–24.0 in). The listed 7 mm variant weighs approximately 1.1 kg (2.4 lb). Measure around the widest part of the head before ordering and adjust the suspension and chin strap for a secure, comfortable fit.
Three easy-to-match colors
Choose black, olive green, or tan to coordinate the helmet with your existing training, outdoor, or sports equipment.
