1. Change for high quality SD card or batteries.
2.In strong light, it is recommended to cover the infrared filter cover to adjustthe focus.
Can i turn down the display brightness? it's way too bright for me?
Yes, in the system menu setting, there is a “bright” setting that you can set. 1 is lowest level, and 5 is highest level. But we suggest to choose the Auto-adjustmode, which can auto-adjust the brightness toward the light change.
Do this work in complete darkness?
Yes, you are using an infrared light which requires no moon or starlight.
Do these also work for daytime?
Absolutely! We advise to cover the filter cap in day time.
Why can't read the device when i connect to the computer?
1. Please power on the binocular when you are connecting to the computer.
2.Please using the factory supplied USB cable to connect your computer. (Note: There are some USB cable that do not support the data transfer function.)
Why can't the SD card be read normally after been inserted ?
1. Please use this device to format the SD card. lf it still cannot be read normally, please replace with a high-quality SD card.
2. Do not use an SD card with 256GB or more. it is recommended to use a card with 32GB or less.
